Carving Grooves
Design the groove dimensions and shape based on the desired lead size. Use the groove-cutting machine to cut the wood and create the pencil groove. Control the depth and dimensions precisely to ensure a perfect fit for the lead.
Applying Glue
Apply glue a slat, and put lead core in, then put another slat on it, like a sandwich.
Making Shape
Put the glued-dried slat into the machine to make the shape of a pencil,while making the width of the slat a regular edge.
Inspection
Use the machine to select the pencil, choose whether the core is shift, whether the pencil is damaged,then check it again manually.
Ironing Pencil
Put the pencil in the machine and use the heat to remove the burrs on the pencil and make the pencil smoother.
